Refund Policy

Session Cancellations & Rescheduling 

We value your time and the structure required for effective training. If you need to reschedule a standard training session, advance notice is required.

  • Notice Provided: Sessions rescheduled with sufficient notice (as defined in your booking confirmation) will be moved to a later date at no extra cost.

  • No-Show Policy: Sessions missed without prior notice may be forfeited without a refund.

Board & Train Deposits 

Due to the limited availability and the resources dedicated to our Board & Train programs, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • In certain circumstances, deposits may be transferable to a future date or a different service at the sole discretion of Operation Canine & Co. management.

Package & Class Refunds 

Once a training package or group class has commenced, refunds are generally not issued. We prioritize quality and progress; if you are struggling between sessions, we strongly encourage you to utilize our text and email support or send us videos for troubleshooting to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

Program Termination 

Operation Canine & Co. reserves the right to terminate a training program if the trainer determines that the environment is unsafe or if the owner fails to follow essential safety or health protocols. In such rare cases, any remaining balance may be refunded on a pro-rated basis, minus the cost of sessions already conducted and administrative fees.
