Will brings an educator’s perspective to Operation Canine & Co, supported by a Doctorate in Education and years of experience in instructional leadership. While he grew up with dogs, his professional journey began four years ago as he and Liv navigated the training of their own growing pack. This experience sparked a passion for teaching handlers how to effectively communicate with their animals. Will believes that a successful partnership is built on a foundation of consistency and a deep understanding of a dog's specific needs. By applying his background in education to the world of canine behavior, he helps clients focus on building respect through clear routines and reliable communication.

In his role as Director of Intake, Will ensures that every owner starts their journey with a clear sense of how to advocate for and lead their dog. He finds the most reward in helping owners navigate the complexities of obedience and anxiety. Whether he is managing the business operations or assisting with the training of their six dogs—ranging from their house protector Luna to their PSA prospect Patrol—Will remains focused on the strength of the bond between handler and hound. Outside of the pack,In his free time, Will enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, following football, and he loves anything Pokemon.
